I thought one of the JeweLink newsletters said we could buy them online? ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 13 Jun 2004 07:47:50 -0700 (PDT) From: James Brogdon Subject: [EDA] Instalive Lots of people have mentioned wanting other concert-goers to pick up copies of these InstaLive CDs... Assuming that there isn't a limit, I'm willing to do this. Going to two shows: Indianapolis, IN on 7/11 and South Bend, IN on 7/13 $15 for each show, as they quoted of course, $4 for the shipping. Need the money at least a week before the show, I would prefer if the money was sent via paypal so that everyone has a record of sending money and there's no fraud BS going on. Send me an email for details. James ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 13 Jun 2004 19:33:52 -0500 From: "Matt Sullivan" Subject: [EDA] Cheapest Tickets on the tour: Green Bay: $10! The cheapest tickets for Jewel's summer tour are just $10 for her show in Green Bay, WI at Oneida Casino. This is an all ages event, and reserved seating! $10 any seat in the house! Anyways, my aunt works in the offices at the casino, and I asked why the tickets for Jewel were so cheap. The concert is part of their summer concert series, and performances during this time are paid to the artist from the venue, not from ticket sales. In other words, the casino paid Jewel to perform their. In most cases, the artists pay the venue to rent it out to perform their, and make their money from the ticket sales. Go to the show!! Only $10!! 3 hours from Milwaukee, 5 from Chicago!! ------------------------------ End of jewel-digest V9 #167 ***************************
