The first thing she said was how she hates it when people talk while she sings. That was the quietest I have ever seen Chastain! Everything about the concert was amazing. It brought tears to my eyes. I think at first it was a little shakey, (the morning show which was like a time warp to everything that is the 80s, and the "I'm glad I was raised in bars" picture) but now I think shes got a great grasp on it. It looks like this might be one of those for Jewel. She just changed management and things are certainly not going smoothly. The new website is still not ready, Unedited hasn't been updated in a month, T-bone died 2 weeks before the beginning of the tour, so the tour was cancelled, making her lose a lot of money. The Soul City Cafe winners aren't opening the acoustic shows, Stand is doing very badly, 0304 is out of the Top 100, everybody is bashing her, including her fans, and she had zero success in the UK. Hopefully it will all recover. Stand could still reach Top 50, at least, if the video is released SOON and is REALLY good and people love it enough to make them request it. She'll be doing some Lyon's Den episodes, so maybe it will help her out in some way. It will help her a lot also if she starts an 0304 tour right after this solo one, but it seems unlikely. Oh well, in the end only kindness matters, isn't it?
