One, on Leno during Ross the Interns visit to a fashion show by Armani, Ross did a quick schmooze with Jewel. He says something like "Remenber me? I was in your dressing room at the Tonight Show." She's like, "Yeah, I remember. You were great." Gives him a hug and winks into the camera. Two, on America's Fummiest Videos a girl, maybe 12 years old, is playing "2 become 1" and singing along to a picture on the wall. She's really into it until she realizes her brother has been taping her, the she chases him and screams "I hate you". Really very funny, atleast to us brothers in the world. It has always been a dream of mine to see the illustrious Simon & Garfunkel in concert. However, the prices that they are charging for tickets is astronomical at best! $250 per seat? The lowest prices are in the $80 range for 3rd level seating. I won't even get into the fact that they are playing at the Xcel Energy Center. I thought they used to be politically minded people. I guess they just don't care anymore. They have the voices of the gods, however I would need to win the lottery to spend that kind of money on concert tickets. I am very saddened that they hike the prices up so high as to exclude all their younger (I'm 27) fans who cannot afford $250 for a concert ticket. :( Mi Rinda ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 16 Sep 2003 14:48:13 +0000 From: "charlie zidon" Subject: [EDA] What's Simple Is True Hey All- Does ANYONE have the remixed version of What's Simple Is True from the Ride With The Devil Soundtrack???? I mean could you make an MP3 of it and send it to me? You would have to send it to a different account of mine, but PLEASE email me if you are willing to do this for me. I LOVE the version with the banjo thingy in the background of it!!! They no longer make this CD or else I would just go out and buy it. PLEASE help me if you can... Let me know:) Thanks in advance- Charlie _________________________________________________________________ Express yourself with MSN Messenger 6.0 -- download now! http://www.msnmessenger-download.com/tracking/reach_general ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 16 Sep 2003 10:59:03 -0700 From: "Elizabeth Nguyen" Subject: [EDA] Jewel pics from SCC finals Hey everyone, I finally scanned some of the pictures I took at the SCC finals a while back. The single is crawling to keep it4s position in the dutch charts. It is nice to see that the single is still in the top 5 of Holland. In the Megatop 50 she dropped 3 places to number 12 from #9. The record 0304 gained 3 positions from 18 to #15.
