It still have the popish type feel to it that "Intiution" had, which obviously worked well. Also, and maybe more importantly, the lyrics to "Stand" really say something important which I think will impress people who think that she has sold out. I have a 9 year old little sister who loves people like Aaron Carter and Play and all those cheesy little kid pop groups. I have managed to get her addicted to Jewel already and Stand is her favorite track from 0304, which I think says a lot that a 9 year old (who doesn't completely understand the issues discussed in the song) still loves it. One of my sorority sisters has always liked Jewel, but has never been hardcore about it. She said that she thinks that Jewel sold out with "Intuition" and I always try to agrue with her about it. I think "Stand" will impress people like her.
