His own mother has sued him for 10 million, do I need to say more? He called her "a slut". People call this "genius"? Talk about defining decency down. This is all about money talking and morals and social responsibility walking. If you honestly think he is doing his schtick for "his music and his honesty", I don't know what to say. He is just appealing to the lowest common denominator period. Years ago we would never be having this conversation as guys like him would have been laughed and shunned right out of the business. Corporate greed with no regards to the ill effects to our society. That's what it's about. He is promoting violence. Spinning it as "tongue-in cheek satire" doesn't cut it. Lame excuses. You think 10 year old kids are able to make these subtle distinctions? They can't. We now have our youngsters going around calling girls "bitches and ho's" without even thinking thanks in part to this cretin. I just don't see a defense for the damage a guy like this does to our society. Joe Kunis > > People either get him or they don't. Can anyone believe that Atlantic hasn't released a live DVD from the This Way tour so far??? I can't!!! Why were they recording all the concerts? Just to put on the website?? I doubt it! Anyway, do guys still think they'll release it or they might wait next tour?? I'm really pissed of!!!! A Life Uncommon was great, but it wasn't meant to be live material. (Although the live performance of Barcelona made me fall in love with the song and Jewel all over again.) I'd love to see a live Jewel cd. Someone said that Atlantic would do a live cd if there was a market for it. What kind of excuse is that? Pieces of You has sold over 11 million copies, and we all know how overly produced that was! (That was major sarcasm right there. Keep that in mind.) Perhaps such releases will be made later on down the road when Jewel feels that she has enough studio albums under her belt and that it is time for a more intimate cd. Well, thats my two cents I guess!
