This is what I THINK is happening: - -The presales for the Canadian show will take place at Ticketmaster.ca, NOT Ticketmaster.com... the show is listed at Ticketmaster.ca, and not Ticketmaster.com, so it makes sense - -The presales will occur as JeweLink has described. Even though the ticketmaster.ca site says that online public sale will start at 10am tomorrow, it says further down the page that there will be Jewejk.com presales from 10am to 10pm tomorrow, and AOL presales the next day. So I think that tomorrow morning the "Online Public Sale" statement will be changed. I really hope that JeweLink makes this clear tomorrow... becuase so far they've been saying "Ticketmaster.com" and I that's just not the case. THer'es gonna be a LOT of confused fans I think. Then it would only offer me good seats if I wanted only one ticket. I bought that one, afraid I would be shut out, but then when I tried Ticketmaster again, it offered me two good seats together. I purchased those, because I didn't want to go to the show alone, and now I'm stuck with three tickets, only two of which I'm going to use. If you want the single ticket, let me know. It's not very mature. I think Melissa is an awesome person and would most likely agree that this boycotting thing is just not in the spirit of the EDA's, although I haven't talked with her about it. Maybe there is more interest because this second time because people are getting their tickets and the tour seems closer. Maybe last time a lot of people were on spring break and now they're not. Maybe people got excited when someone posted a possible design. Regardless of the reason, people aren't suddenly interested in the shirts to spite or hurt Melissa's feelings-- it's just a shirt and I think we should all just chill out, buy a shirt and not make this a big protest over a t-shirt. Well good thing I'm persistent. I tried using the pre-sale at ticketmaster this morning for the Next Stage gig in Grand Prarie. I selected best available, then I put 4 tickets. It said it didn't have that many available. Then I tried 3, still the same, then 2, same response, then 1....that's when it brought up the sale window. As I did this at 10:00 sharp, I had a hard time believing they didn't even have 2 seats together. I tried again, same thing. Tried a third time and then it told me it didn't even have 1. I tried selecting best possible on $41 tickets and it said there were none, then I tried selecting best possible on the $28 tickets...same thing. Finally I tried best possible on the $41 tickets again and it finally gave me 2 together which still sucks since we had another friend that was going to go with us, but it was 5th row, so I didn't want the chance of losing those or not getting any at all. Has anyone else had this problem with ticketmaster ? I have cable modem access, so it's not like I have a slow connection.
