You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life." "But what is happiness except the simple harmony between a man and the life he leads." my favorite quote being the first. cymbie tree hugger - -- when night falls it's dawn one must reach for. - -a. camus ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 30 Nov 2001 17:03:01 -0500 From: "cymbaline" Subject: Re: [EDA] Question for y'all I beleive they're talking about the live one with a girl and a piano. the audio file is labeled as "jewel - wild horses (ultra rare acoustic rolling stones cover)" or something like that. Subject: [EDA] TV Reminders Jewel will be on the Craig Kilborn show tonight singing "Break Me", solo acoustic. :-) (ok, so I don't KNOW she'll be singing Break Me for a fact, but I can promise you she'll be singing "something"...hehe) Shakira will be the musical guest on SNL tomorrow night! woohoo! :-) Maybe Jewel will get her turn in the coming weeks. Should be a good performance by Shakira, so be sure to tune in if you like her music. I saw her on the Today show yesterday morning in an interview and some live concert footage. It was pretty cool. I've never seen her live, so I'll be sure to take this opportunity to go to as many shows as possible when she comes through the Midwest. Fortunately, I'm now in a position where I have a ton of free time and can basically travel freely. I was wondering if anyone else plans on going to multiple shows next year. I saw a pretty meaty interview with her on the TV guide channel. Same old questions and stuff. Check it out... the music portion starts at half past the hour. They alternate between interviews with her and a few other bands, so it might be hard to catch her. - --Erin > I just spotted Jewel on Access Hollywood. I'll keep looking for the Bangles :) luv Uri ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 30 Nov 2001 17:59:42 -0800 From: "Jewel Fan" Subject: [EDA] replying privately!
