Fuck the (oops did i say fuck?) court thing screw the witnesses. Let them duke it out. Lets find a neutral location and rent one of those blow up boxing rings. Each of them can put on those helmets and huge gloves and just go at it till one collapses. Thats what I did many years back with this guy that I just hated in high school. The day after we graduated we got in a ring similar to the one I described and just went at it. I won the match but we ended up being friends after all of it was said and done. Anyway I highly recommend that form of therapy, not to mention I would hop on a plane tomorrow to see that match in person!!!!!!!!!
