While I only spent a few years in New York state, July in New York tends to be quite warm. I'm gonna be at Bearsville this year too! =) I'm dragging a friend from Queens and possibly a friend from Rochester too. And Katie is carpooling with me with one of her friends too. I hope we hear from more people planning on making the trek to Bearsville soon because it's less than two months away! :) Gerrit Gerrit's Bearsville Flight Arrangements: ______________________________________________________ Flight: Continental Airlines flight 366 (Non-Stop) Depart: Orange County, CA (SNA) - Fri, Jul 20 at 11:25am Arrive: Newark, NJ (EWR) - Fri., Jul 20 at 7:42pm ______________________________________________________ Flight: Continental Airlines flight 167 (Non-Stop) Depart: Newark, NJ (EWR) - Sun, Jul 22 at 6:20pm Arrive: Orange County, CA (SNA) - Sun., Jul 22 at 9:26pm ______________________________________________________ Anyone who needs a ride to Steve's Campsite from Newark and can arrange your schedule to mine, LET ME KNOW!! It's obviously the one from the Chasing Down the Dawn cover and the mouse pad. (Anyone elses mouse pad wearing out?) :( I can tell it's not Clearwater, or Enchantress (both brown.) Jazz perhaps? Chance? I'm sure the 'Jewelologists' will use that as a question eventually. :) I like how she seems to be duplicating the horses expressions in most of the pictures. Is West Kennerly on this list? I'd love to hear if there was direction on this shot, or if Jewel is just easy to photograph. There is one that looks like a mirror image of her picture that her cousin Dylan shot that is in CDTD. One of my favorites, all time. Plus, I'm still curious about that photo from way back in the Rolling Stone! It was awesome, whatever they were going for. Also, is anyone willing to tell me who else Jewel sang at Netaid with. Sadly the only question I didn't know, and it came right at the end. I'm sure I could research it somewhere, but I don't really have the time. I tried ever variation of Poltzie, and her mom and got nothing. I'll start punishing myself for my lack of knowlegde, and prostrate myself before the feet of the wiser than I Jewelologists. ;) Charles. The sullen, pensive angel. P.S. Where has Jewel been doing all of her solo acoustic concerts? The west coast! Plus, it's not like someone's living on the east coast makes it easy for them to get to Bearsville... I'm sure this has been asked and answered but I disregarded it, due to the fact that I can't attend. But is Bearsville a Jewel only event? How many years has she done it and what songs have she done in previous concert? Is it a whole concert or just a few songs? Thanks for the information. I was bored so I decided to look up my name on this name analysis site. And then I did Jewel, just for kicks. Here's what they said: Jewel Your name Jewel has given you tenacity of purpose and has made you extremely independent. Whatever you undertake, you approach from your own point of view, and others either have to conform to your ideas or go their own way and leave you to work things out for yourself. You are so narrowly focused in your pursuits that you frequently overlook the little personal considerations and attentions that create a bond of understanding and sense of companionship. Thus it is difficult for you to merge your efforts harmoniously with others. In the home, you can inadvertently be offhand and abrupt when you would really like to show your affection. In circumstances that require a little finesse, you find that you are inclined to be too direct and straight to the point and suffer frustration in your personal relationships as a result. Tension could affect the eyes, ears, teeth, or sinuses. Frequent head colds or severe headaches are potential problems.
