Then, we would probably go back to my house, and sing, and play guitar.... and I could play violin and viola for her. She could meet my friends and family. Then, Jewel, me, and my friends could go to a sweet ass dance club to dance the night away..... BUT, of course she would drive. I like her car.....lol. Then, we would all come home and have a BIG sleep over at my house... have a campfire, smores, the stars..... talk til dawn. THAT would be great. - ---Allena ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 10 May 2001 10:16:59 EDT From: JewelKGirl@aol.com Subject: [EDA] Re:one song I have would have Jewel come sing Jupiter for me so that I could sing the harmony part to it. One night... I would have to ask for her to sing "More Than Words" by Extreme and dedicate it to all of my friends. It's one of my favorite songs of all time. (Maybe I'll ask her sing "Genie in a Bottle" or "Baby One More Time," too... hahahaha, just kidding.) If I had her for the evening, it would begin with her singing "More Than Words." We would have dinner and talk about every topic imaginable. Then, we would go play putt-putt, go sing karaoke or go to a dance club or all three. Finally, the evening would end by going over to Waku Waku, which is a cute little drink cafe in Canada, for some bubble tea and more discussion. - -Smiles- The Masquerade Angel - --- AIM: RoseJeide E-mail: RoseJeide@mailcity.com Website: http://RoseJeide.diaryland.com fan of... || BSB || *NSYNC || Jewel || SeraMyu || Yanai Aiko || Utada Hikaru || Wong Fe || 1Tym || Puffy || || I Was Born with Two Tongues || Buffy the Vampire Slayer || Angel || Fushigi Yuugi || ALAG || ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 10 May 2001 14:17:37 EDT From: Wesllow@aol.com Subject: [EDA] New & Newer Big Q Hi Angels, I'd have to say the one song i would like her to sing to me would probably be a medley of Mornign song, face of love & WWSYS and she'd let me scat with her at the end and we'd do that thing she does with doug where they try to match harmonies lol....and in responce to the other question , which i personally feel is kinda freakishly stalker-like in some regards lol, Jewel and I would prolly just rent "Ride with the devil" and critique the cast performances in it lol, then we'd go to Micky D's for a snack followed up by a walk and chit chat in the park :) sounds loverly :) ahh well thats all for now! They'd like to update you on the EDA water site in Gualcea. Several EDAs have emailed asking for the "Jewel's Birthday Project" EDA totals so far. I will find out for you and post that info in the next day or two. In the meantime, I turn you over to Sean and Shane. MrBB ************************************************ We're excited to let you know that we have sent the final check to complete the funding of the water site in the community of Gualsea! As many of you know we are dedicating this site to the EDAs since so many of you have participated by helping us raise funds and sending donations. The first installment of $30,000 was sent in late August 2000, and this last installment was for $45,000. It will purchase the remaining materials needed for the construction of the system along with the last of the community education and training. The materials will be arriving before the rains begin in June, which is important for two reasons; firstly, the roads will be un-passable for quite some time during the rainy season (if the materials arrive too late it would set the project back approximately 6 months), and secondly, the rain softens the earth, making the task of hand digging the many miles of trench a whole lot easier! The community of Gualsea has already completed the engineering and design for the project, as well as a good deal of the training and organization, and has begun collecting some of the local materials to be used during construction. All of this has happened, despite the devastation of hurricane Mitch, which has created numerous problems throughout the region. The arrival of supplies, such as water pipes, faucets, and cement signifies to the community that their long awaited water project is rapidly becoming a reality. Although we call it the Gulsea community, it also includes the neighboring villages of San Antonio, Santa Rita, and El Sitio. This includes a total of 1400 people who will finally have clean water readily accessible to them. Your support has made a huge difference! We also want to let you know that we will be sending out an announcement in the next few weeks regarding the launch of our ClearwaterNetwork email list. This list will include project updates from Clearwater sites around the world, periodic announcements regarding program activities and an online newsletter. We are looking forward to being able to let you know more about all the positive things that are happening with Clearwater! Just thought I'd let y'all know, I thought it was rather interesting that they picked *her* to put on it, considering the calendar isn't really "littered" with a bunch of celebrity birthdays, just a select few :) ~ Sandy ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 10 May 2001 19:28:28 EDT From: RunTontoRun@aol.com Subject: [EDA] AH I FOUND OUT THE COOLEST THING!!!!
