(lyrics below) Tarzan My Fish Family by Jewel Kilcher There's a man on the front porch Say's he's related to me But lately I'm finding It hard to believe And this is filled With spooks and ghosts They say they're family But they are strangers at most CHORUS They're strange fishes of the deep blue sea And absolutely nothing like me They swim around in their little treasure chests When it comes to loving me They give it their fish best But it's hard with all those scales Of good and bad, you see (2nd time: Of morality) They're my fish family My fish family And they try and hook me Or put me in a tank They may try and book me For robbing a fish bank Cause misunderstanding comes easily When they're blowing bubbles And I can hardly breathe BRIDGE And when will they understand I just wanna marry a man Without seaweed in his teeth Without barnacle for hair Without seaweed in his ears But their fish ears won't hear me They're my fish fmaily CHORUS ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 5 May 2001 10:00:16 EDT From: JeWeLzKeWL@aol.com Subject: [EDA] The whole Ty & Jewel thing HEY OK I don't think any of us really have enough information to know who is better for Jewel, Ty or Steve...We don't know ANY of them well enough to decide who is better..and even if we did, it's still Jewel's choice so maybe we all should butt out of her personal life. - -Jade *Tiny Angel* ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 5 May 2001 12:15:10 EDT From: RachKat926@aol.com Subject: Re: [EDA] Ty and Juel No, he's older... atleast into his 40s ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 5 May 2001 12:16:47 EDT From: RachKat926@aol.com Subject: Re: [EDA] The whole Ty & Jewel thing Return-path: From: RachKat926@aol.com Full-name: RachKat926 Message-ID: <6d.1378bd60.28258155@aol.com> Date: Sat, 5 May 2001 12:16:21 EDT Subject: Re: [EDA] The whole Ty & Jewel thing To: JeWeLzKeWL@aol.com MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" X-Mailer: AOL 6.0 for Windows US sub 10519 X-Converted-To-Plain-Text: from multipart/alternative by demime 0.97c X-Converted-To-Plain-Text: Alternative section used was text/plain let's not start this again.... we're just playing around... not determining her love life... calm down ~Rachel~ ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 5 May 2001 09:20:16 -0700 (PDT) From: Raymond Wong Subject: [EDA] RWTD poster I don't think I've seen this mentioned on the list, but DVD Express has RWTD posters discounted to $7.99: http://secure.express.com/product_coolstuff.asp?type=CoolStuff&ProductNumber=12321 With shipping it comes to like $12.50 or something. Oh well, I don't think that our lives really revolve around her but this whole list is about our passion and that passion she gives us so naturally we would look forward to the album. And I personally NEED the help she can give me through the simple act of singing her mind and helping my day to go on a bit better than before. No one is wrong and I truly understood what you were trying to say I just think that it was odd that you seemed so extreme as to telling everyone how much you didn't care when this list was started by care. There are a lot of things to work out in your head before you make a big commitment like that. Caryn and I were engaged for over two years before we got married. I think that gays and lesbians can get something similar to marriage in Vermont. There is a legal agreement they can enter that is similar in terms of benefits and rights that straight couples get. liz lee wrote: > Hey everyone... NYC is very hot right now... Some people arent meant for marriage right away, some people take a few years. quite to the dissappointment of some fans (mothers always want there babies to get married!) - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com. ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 5 May 2001 11:55:44 EDT From: KissTheFlame720@aol.com Subject: [EDA] no sound i just played the bits and baubles game and i won so i got the clip. it played but it didnt have sound. is it suppose to have sound or is my computer messed up?? earlier, i tryed to download quicktime but it wont download. im doing it now, actually. it gets to the end of the installation and then it says it cant be done in it community or something and then you pick 'retry' or 'cancel'. i tryed 'retry' but it kept poping up so i had to click cancel and then it starts me at the beginning again. arg! if anyone can help me with this, please do. i dunno what im doing wrong... love, anastasia aka stacey The Philodendron Angel ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 5 May 2001 22:12:02 -0400 From: "Scott Evans" Subject: [EDA] NJC: Patty Griffin on Austin City Limits If any of y'all are into Patty Griffin (and I know quite a few of you are), she is the guest on Austin City Limits this week..
