LOL If so, then if everyone is abnormal, why does the word normal even exist? :-) ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 23 Apr 2001 00:22:50 EDT From: Mattman8818@aol.com Subject: [EDA] Jewel is normal! Read this! Let's end it right here by saying this: Jewel is as normal as a celebrity can be. ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 23 Apr 2001 00:36:32 EDT From: BuilderwalksUSA@aol.com Subject: Re: [EDA] ending "Normal" conversations Normal varies, as most defined words, by individual and group perception. Basically it is specified to the act, so it may be said Jewel is normal to not enjoy writing autographs for five hours. Whoever declared how terrible she was at that, I defy you to find ANY celebrity who wants to spend their day doing it. It is "normally" scorned by people who realize they can do more for the world than sign their name 1000 times in a day. As to the scribble, that is a standard practice in EVERY form of theater. As a matter of fact, when I gave my first autograph, the director spent time afterwards to teach me a scribble so we could get through all the fans. "charitable" Most people do not donate 40%, though some might, giving to charities and starting a charity are two entirely different things. She takes a lot of time out of her days I am sure to maintain it, which most will not, being too busy with their children, their satisfaction, or their mundane lives. Yes, I am in love, irrevocably so, yet that does not overcome my objective view, looking at all societies standards instead of what this one represents alone. They say, when in Rome, do as the Romans. Well, I will not do as the Romans, because I know better, someone else decided this once, and was crucified. By the way, to think that healing with hands is A: the act of a god alone B: the only thing that defines a god, is shortsighted. Many saints have, medicine men, and general practitioners of the divine arts. I have healed full out broken bones, with witnesses standing by, by applying tantric and Sioux chants. Also, the godform destroys for the benefit of the world as well, though many in their shortsightedness would call it "Satan" ------------------------------ End of jewel-digest V6 #158 ***************************
