I dont see how this person thinks Jewel is NOT unappreciated!! I mean c'mon! She had a new album with an extensive tour last summer and all you still ever hear on the radio is "You were meant for me". When the 2nd album first came out, I heard "Hands" somewhat a lot. But, MTV NEVER plays her videos... even AFTER they would just have a "making the video" show premiering a new one! The stations only play hip hop and alternative anymore cause thats what their majority age group of listeners want to hear. Really, when was the last time you heard someone request her on the radio?? I actually did once last year and they never played it! So YES. Unfortunately Jewel is very unappreciated and I think she is fading fast.
