New plan for Rare Jewels tape tree. Hi everyone, I have yet another update for the tape tree. This is my first attempt at doing anything like this so I'm sort of learning as I go along. Anyway, earlier I told people to email me again in two weeks so I could refer them to a new branch. Well, thanks to Derrick, I have a much better and more efficient way to do this. I am going to post a list of the new branches, where they live and their email addresses here in two weeks. That way eveeryone can choose a branch for themselves. If the branch is too busy, they will tell you to go back to the list and choose another branch. So there you have it. Check back here in two weeks (I'd say around August 21st) and I will post the list. Please don't email me even if I told you to. Once again I'm sorry for the delay, but it seems like everyone wants this tape! Thanks once again for everyone's support and patience. James, in response, gave a thumbs up to Billy. I personally find this humorous. Hey, if they did do a collaboration, I'd buy it, just for the contrast of the two. I just thought everyone should know the current rumors :) Katie* ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 7 Aug 2000 10:13:56 -0700 (PDT) From: Jason Quattrini Subject: * Old set list question The only Jewel concert I have been to was back in 1997. I had only heard her songs played on the radio and seen MTV Unplugged with Jewel at the time, so most of the songs she played I was not familiar with. Now that I have a greater knowledge of Jewel's songs, I was wondering what songs I heard back then without knowing it :P The concert in question was on Spetember 13, 1997 at Sienna College in Albany, NY, at 8:00 PM, with David Baerwald as her warm-up act. Anyone know where I could find this info? I vaguely remember a post at some point about a site with a collection of the set lists, but can't remember where. Thanks! The few things I do remember were that the bass drum hurt my chest (!) every time they thumped it, it was an amazing concert, and near the beginning, it was really hot inside the building, so Jewel took off her cowboy hat. This prompted lots of whistles and screams, to which she reply "Sheesh! Calm down! What would your gilrfriends think?" I also remember thinking the concert would only be about an hour long, but she played for almost two hours, with lots of stuff I never heard before. Any help would be most welcome. Thanks again :) ===== *My DOS/Win game/app menu: www.geocities.com/CollegePark/Dorm/1094/menu/ * ]:o_ Jason Quattrini The Master Cow _o:[ |O = quattj@yahoo.com I am a WERECOW!
