Yeah so Im pretty sure Im the only EDA that didnt know that JEWEL sang "All by myself"--in the movie Clueless!!!! But just incase im not...yeah its in there! Jewel sings "All by myself" near the end of it. The movie came out in 1995, and I didnt become an EDA for years after that...so I dont feel TOO dumb, but still... I have seen that movie TOO many times to count, and there it was.... BOY DO I FEEL BLONDE! (Actually strawberry blonde) = ) for anyone who knows me! This is sort of expanding on the "what Jewel reads" request. A site I frequent on Fiona Horne (www.fionahorne.com) has a section which tells what she's reading, doing and listening to on a particular month. I was wondering if there was any way I could do this through you? Just a random thought. Also, does anyone want to become sister jewel sites with me? I just think it's an interesting concept. Again, another random thought. Come to think about it, all my thoughts tend to be random. I got contacts today. Yay. Seven years after I really need them, socially wise. Ciao. ================= Can you imagine how quiet a plane crash would be to a deaf person? The idea of building an Official everyday angels page was mine. As you know there's already an official page for the Edas but it's only an informations page on how to join the mailin list : my idea ( and John Baird , the other Eda agreed completely) was to built a page able to make feel the Everyday angels more colse each other. Nice words but in fact we want to solve some problems that afflict the community like : - - to eliminate the problems of sharing mp3s in the list finally make a complete archive of live unreleased mp3s, with the newest songs and the oldest ( for these ones actually doesn't exist something like that even if Jewel allowed the distribuction for free) - -Fill togheter (the whole community) a site uploadingin it all the e-angelfood that have all the members of the list?( mp3, movies, real audio files, images? It would be great !) - - put a message board that could be used for various uses such exchange angelfood or share river of words about Jewel - -make sections for : about Jewel, what she does/doing, what she does for benefit what the Everyday foundation does what goes/going on between the Edas at the end our target is do a different site from all the others and more a site that could express more than the Official site the power of our community! maybe if there are some similar project on the mailing list we could gather our forces togheter! Bye from Leonardo : The blind angel looking for a shadow of doubt ps For all the italians of the mailin list(but I'm afraid I'm the only one) : RWTD and A night whitout armour Italy will be out soon! In italain they will be translated Cavalcata col diavolo(RWTD) and Notte indifesa. ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 22 Jul 2000 05:01:25 -0700 From: "Danie Laurel" Subject: * Re: Re: A Question for Mr. BB about Jewel's Reading list Hi! In the book "Heart Song" by Scott gray, there's a list of Jewel's faves... Pablo Neruda Kurt Vonnegut Jr.'s "Welcome to the Monkeyhouse" is her fave of his works, Henry Miller and Anais Nin Plato's "Symposium", Charles Bukowski, Marcel Proust, Fyodor Dostoyevsky so I guess anything written by em is worth taking a look at. Hope that helped! ;p You are loved, Danie. - -the purple turned white angel- - --- #;D On Thu, 20 Jul 2000 23:17:08 ABershaw wrote: >In a message dated 7/20/2000 10:22:53 PM, tocpe99@mindspring.com writes: > ><< Hi All, >I was wondering if Mr BB. or one of the elder EDAs ;-) could post a list >of the books that Jewel has read and found inspiration in.
