I think that some of the things that we say or do are sort of low. But i can't condem it, because i believe it to be human nature. Of course the opinion thing is just wrong. Opinions should not be something that one should be afraid to express and if that is what this list is implying then i am ashamed to be a part of it. Even when the list was at its' closest point camaraderie-wise, we had our far share of EveryDay Devils (EDDs) who would raise hell either on list or privately with flames. The thing to remember is...well, two things.....with a list this size (almost 2,000 folks), you have to expect some EDDs to raise hell. It's one thing to civilly disagree either publicly or privately, but these EDDs, they go overboard and really lay into some folks who post. (I've actually been given advance notice from some folks who knew of "list disrupters" they knew who had joined this list just to cause a ruckus) On the positive side of the same note, a good thing to remember is this if you got some nasty replies.......(with nearly 2,000 EDAs here), nearly 1,995 folks did NOT send you hate mail etc. The moral of the story is......don't let a few folks ruin your fun here on the list. If you get a calm reply with an opposing opinion, that is kewel. If we all agreed on everything, it would be a boring place. If you get some nasty replies, just delete them and don't give them another thought, they are not worth it. The Radio Shack close to me gave me the display poster today along with the whole case of the free posters because they finally came in yesterday. Only one poster is gone from this case from when I had given a friend one. Now the problem is that I can't afford postage and packaging to send them out so if anyone has any ideas as to what to do with these posters let me know. The lady at RS gave them to me cause no one else wanted them and no one had come to see Jewel at this specific RS except me. But I'm pretty sure that there is well over 100 posters here.
