These three tickets are RESERVED SEATING tickets that INCLUDES DINNER at Java Joe's. The tickets' face value is $31.00 each and with convienece charges and shipping cost me about $112.00! I am willing to sell them for $25.00 each though! If you are interested please do get back to me as I hate to waste $112! I really want to get a little of what I lost back. Hope someone can help! Thanks! :-0 Mika List Moderator Note: newer subscribers to this list may not realize this, but Steve Poltz is an integral part of Jewel music, both creatively and in performance. He took Jewel under his wing when she was just starting, has co-written many of her songs (including You Were Meant For Me) and has toured with her as an opening act (solo and with his former band, The Rugburns) and a member of Jewel's band on the recent Spirit tour. Posts about Steve, while in most cases are NJC (No Jewel Content), from this point on will be allowed, as long as they are about his music and/or his professional relationship with Jewel, and as long as it does not get out of hand. - Mike ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 11 Jun 2000 16:07:11 -0700 From: "Bob Hedman" Subject: * Free Jewel Stuff! Hey Angels, Well, seeing Jewel perform again (Radio Shack Concert) has me in a good mood. I collect a lot of Jewel stuff and have some duplicates that I would like to offer to my fellow angels. I've listed the items below. All I ask is a minimal $2.00 to cover the shipping and please request only one item. I would like as many angels to benefit as possible. All you have to do is 1. Email me (privately) with the subject line "Free Jewel Stuff" 2. Indicate which (one) item you would like 3. Provide your name and mailing address I will email you if you are the first person to request the item. 1.) USA Weekend May 7-9, 1999 (Jewel and Nedra on cover)- a few small creases 2.) Rolling Stone Magazine May 15, 1997 (Jewel on cover)- not in good shape at all. Cover is intact though, wrinkled/creased, 1/2 address label on it. 3.) Entertainment Weekly Magazine January 15, 1999 (Jewel on cover)-Excellent condition, near new. 4.) Vogue Magazine January 1999 (Yep, Jewel on cover)- small crease in lover right corner, very good condition, seems someone used it as a surface to write on so there are some indentations from the pressure of a pen. No writing on it though. 5.) 12"x12" Pieces Of You Promo Flat- one corner bent 6.) Reader's Digest September 1999- lower right corner is bent/creased, shows wear, few wrinkles in cover 7.) Target The Family Magazine Fall 1999 (Jewel on the cover) - Good condition. One small pin hole. 8.) Jewel on the cover - Rolling Stone Black and White Poster - Excellent condition. Tack hole in each of the four corners. 9.) NEW! 18"x11" Radio Shack concert poster. Excellent condition. 10.) NEW! 18"x11" Radio Shack concert poster. Excellent condition. Enjoy! My Mom had to restore my computer and of course everything on my favorites list was gone when I got AOL back. So, I had a website with all of Jewel's songs and lyrics. I know the HTML had "XOOM" in it somewhere. I'm looking for the audio for "Break Me." If anyone has a website that is familiar to what I'm looking for please send me the address. It would be a huge help. Thanks. A couple years back, I'm guessing at least three, because that's when I really started to like Jewel but I'm really not sure how many, Jewel performed on a MTV award show. I'm not sure what show it was, I'm guessing music. I remember she was wearing black (I think) and there where blue lights shining down on her. And finally, to get to my point, I can't remember for the life of me what song she sang. I do know, though, that it was just her and her guitar (the stuff I love!) I was just wondering if anybody remembers what song she sang and if they have it on tape. If you could, email me back privately.
