Publish the book and give each poet an equal share of the publishing rights and writers credits. Then all of the contributors become bonafied "Published Writers" and anyone can read the material without incuring possible copyright infringment liabilities. The hardest part will be devising an agreement that all of the writers will be satisfied with. But it can be done ! *A note for those trying to do the seemingly impossible I have found that with every endevor of consequence you undertake, you will be confronted with many seeming "roadblocks". Often these "roadblocks" seem insurmountable, when in fact they may be disquised opportunities or natures way of pointing us in the right direction. The "roadblock" of not being able to give Nedra unsolicited poetry could indeed lead you to the next level of becomeing published writers with a product that could conceivably even become a commercial, or legendary success. I hope this little tidbit helps. Soon much information and resources will be available at my new website, Musicians Resource Center, to assist musicians and artists with legal issuses, copyright procedures, and many other aspects of the visual and performing arts business. It will also include contact information for almost every major or independant record company, publishing company, artist management co. etc. in the world. It still has a way to go though, Ill let everyone know when it is ready. I went to the Oxygen Network Website www.oxygen.com ( I believe there is also info for watching the shows on the computer) to find out when "Exhale" airs and it says it airs Mon-Thurs 10-11pm and then repeats at 1-2am and on the weekend 7-8pm. When you go here www.oxygen.com/who/programming/ontv/index.html it says.... "Exhale" is our nightly hour-long conversation (it's definitely not your average talk show) among Emmy-winning actress Candice Bergen and the most intresting people of today from actors to architects. It's the smart, savvy alternative to the standard late night talk show fare. And at www.oxygen.com/exhale it talks about Candice and how she takes photos of each guest so check back to see gallery and has a message board to recommend guests. I called my cable company to see if we carry it they have yet to so I will miss the show unless I can find a friend with the channel or one of you nice angels will copy/trade with me. So I hope I could help with some info. Take Care and if anyone wants to trade please eamil for a ful updated list my semi-list of angelfood is here www.hometown.aol.com/sabato229 Angela ~born an angel~ ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 19 Feb 2000 16:29:04 EST From: BaybeeGurls4u@aol.com Subject: * Jewel show from JULY 23, 1999 If anyone went to that show on JULY 23 in NJ please write mail to me i would like to talk to you! ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 19 Feb 2000 15:12:01 -0800 (PST) From: Samantha Subject: * Vote for Songs from Spirit! I think Ashley had a great idea, when she suggested we all vote for Jewel to get on TRL, and call up radio stations to get them to play her songs. We all have to admit, that Jewel has somewhat faded from the main stream. Jewel made the record, for everyone to enjoy so why don't we make everyone be able to enjoy it! We could be responsible for boosting Jewel's popularity, and hey we won the smooch contest, so we should all go to www.mtv.com, and vote for What's Simple is True, even if you are getting sick of the material from Spirit, wouldn't it just be nice to see Jewel's videos on a daily basis, and I think it would encourage her to make a new album, and also spread her messages to a lot more people! So Monday everyone go and vote for Jewel, and keep on voting! Great Idea Ashley!
