I know some people want to get Jewel more radio airplay, and it just so happens that I'm a DJ here at WAKE Radio and a giant Jewel fan. I'd love to play some of her stuff, but I need help. Of course the studio doesn't have any of the CDs and we can't play things that aren't in our library. So if you guys have any CDs you'd like played on air, I'd be more than willing to give them a go. I'm even willing to dedicate a whole 2 hour block to playing only Jewel. And yes, my friends, our station is high tech enough that we broadcast over the Internet as well as over the radio airwaves. The machine gave no info what so ever. They said to call back later when the taping date is close. What is the date? Rule #2 says listen to the radio station. Which radio station is going to announce it??? To the people who usually knows about ACL and how they do this what station in Austin do they announce? because KLRU is a TV station that doesn't have its own radio station and plus i never heard one radio announcement in my life about ACL tickets. I know it's not 96.7 KHFI because they never do anything like that with Austin City Limits. Can somebody please tell which stations they usually do this announcement thing. Hopefully it is either KLBJ 93.7, KROX 101.X, or 96.7 KHFI!!! I bet it is going to be some station that i don't know people like Mix 94.7 that gives the big announcement. Please somebody help me out with some of these answers.
