So first browse to the page where the realaudio file is located. Then move your mouse cursor upon the link and press the right mouse button. Now you should see something like "Save Link As..." and click on it with the left mouse button. Now alter the filename -if you like- and press OK. But there are some cases when you are not allowed to download a realaudio file!!!! When you get an error message you referring to this you can't download the file. In this case the only thing you can do is listening to it online. If this doesn't work you can try clicking on the link directly. Some Internet browsers offer: "Open the file" and "Save file to disk". I hope I could help you!! If it doesn't work please please let me know what browser you use. That's all for now. The project is really gearing up as we move through the holidays. Many of you have responded generously not only with your resources , but your leadership in inspiring others to do the same. Early kudos go out to Jackie Sanchez, Susana Figueiredo, Jenn Marks, and Lori Arthur. These EDAs have not only led the effort, but added their insight and creative ingenuity to the mix. And this is just the beginning :) The project is unfolding on a nation-wide scale with collection events being coordinated on both coasts. For example, here in Southern California (and perhaps even back east), we will have a Project Warmth LRC starring local San Diego talent as our showcase event. This will serve the purpose to raise not only goods, but also awareness and enjoy some great music in the process. We will also be working to begin involving various school and community groups in our efforts. All managed and executed by EDAs through the EDA Foundations promise to better not only the world we live in , but the EDA sense of community and our unique compassion for our fellow human beings. I have been soooo busy with finals, moving to North NJ, working, finding a new job and on top of all that my grandmother passed away on Thanksgiving. :-( Its been real tough lately so I havent been reading the digests at all. I also havent been much in the Christmas spirit because of what happened either but I'm starting to get there now. When I listen to Jewels "Face of Love" on her holiday album it makes me think about how my grandmother had a face of love. I believe she is an angel now and is watching over me. So I'm getting through it day by day. Last night I just happened to have the tv on while I was wrapping presents and on comes the Daily show (which I never watch) and Jon Stewert says Jewel will be on!! (Guess I wouldve known that if I had been reading the digests!) So I probably have missed a few recent appearances by her but thats okay cause this one was short but sweet! She wore her hair in the cutest ponytail and I thought she looked so healthy and lively! It seems that she is maybe starting to catch up on her sleep now since the tour! The card was in the lap of the woman on the right during the entire Jewel interview, but I was likely the only one who recognized it, hehe.... Later in the show, while Meredith read from the EDA card, it almost got on again, but the camera missed it. Jewel was given the EDA card & donator list following the show & has it now, as she leaves for her holiday. Oh...and she performed "Silent Night" & "Ave Maria". All the live TV is over (MTV TRL was taped early this morning). We're all shutting down shop for awhile, so I probably won't be posting much for the next few weeks.
