I met 2 EDAs there and one Steve Poltz at the show(Icing on the cake). Jewel has been a major influence on my life. I began picking up books by poets she talks about. Before hearing her sing I almost never listened to music, now I almost never turn off my CD player. She has changed the way I think and brought me friendship. Recently, I began talking with a Jewel fan from California, she has since become an EDA. We have developed a close friendship, talking every night by instant messager and occasional talk on the phone. She has become my best friend. I think that Jewel did an awesome job but lacked an experienced backup chorus, i noticed they missed a few notes and things. They were young so they were probably nervous!
