I think it is totally unfair of us to ask of her to stay the same, when obviously she has so much talent, she can grow in many different directions. One is to hold on to something, the other is to rescue something. I think it would be the latter. Also, I think it's really cool how that song came about for those who don't know. Jewel was talking to a random stranger on a bus and he told her that his bare feet had never felt the grass.
