It's really sad, that they still have NOT showed Jupiter....isn't there any Jewelfan in Europe who wants to make the video to be played ???? I really can't imagine why this wonderful video keeps out of the playlists in Europe, and why no radiostation in Europe play Jupiter....it's really a SHAME that this happens... I hope than that Jewel will come to Europe in October to give some concerts, it's the only way we can enjoy Jewel's music!!! I think most of the european EDA's agree with my suggestions. It is now finally available to the public. Cindy Lee gave me a transcript of this a few years ago & I found it hilarious, thought provoking & a very enjoyable read. For those who are hip to CLB's music, you'll also find clues & references to some of her more puzzling lyric content (especially some of the "Marysville" album tunes & unreleased material performed at the LRT gigs). If you are interested in this & like to order books locally, tell your bookstore that Ingram has it in stock now and they can order it from Ingram (huge book wholesaler and the book's printer via their new-tech Lightning Print division). Or you can also order direct ($14.00 plus $2.00 postage anywhere in the world) by calling 760-753-1815, via email to Paul@cdaddy.com or by writing to Entwhistle Books, Box 232517, Encinitas CA 92023 USA. I really like this character, even though I watch little wrestling. It is cool that he read poetry on TV because it shows that it is OK for tough guys to enjoy poetry. I brought my NWA book to work at the aircraft ramp for FedEx here in Knoxville and showed my co-workers my favorite poems (Miracle, and God Exists Quietly). I rode my dirt bike to work (Honda XR650L dual sport) and brought the book in my backpack. We were all sitting there talking about poetry with the conveyor belts, and jet engines clamoring and blasting away in the background. Surreal and really cool! What is wrong with Stone Cold reading poetry? Let's not perpetuate stereotypes about "tough guys" or anyone else for that matter. Poetry has something to offer for everyone. Besides, it was JEWEL's poems which makes it that much cooler!! Did I mention that I LOVE her?!?!?
