It was a mannequin of her and through her mouth she shot hockey pucks or something at the cohost. And even though she was a mannequin, they introduced her as "Pop Recording Artist Jewel". I am surprised nobody mentioned that in the past. ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 9 May 1999 22:26:57 -0500 (CDT) From: Tien Dang Subject: SD gathering for the jewel show (june 26th HEy EDAs I dont' read my jewel mail that much anymore (shame on me) i just wanted to know if there was some sort of gathering planned for the jewel concert (june 26). Her voice in that song is incredible beautiful ... Not that I'm any great fan of the original, but as much as I respect Jewel I really consider this particular cover to be sick nasty wack with no redeeming qualities to speak of. So there's both sides of the coin. Roel loves it, Jesse doesn't. It's all personal, in the end. ^_^ .end.transmission. | Jesse Dangerously | .10.04.good.buddy. | without justice | ------------------------------ End of jewel-digest V4 #255 ***************************
