In Dublin we went outside waiting with already our Jewel Spirit World Tour Shirts and some Irish fans really liked our shirts. We met some nice chaps from Ireland who were really into Jewel as well.....we start talking with them and we spoken about Jewel's versatile talents. They all agreed that all the skills that Jewel brings into the light, really are unique. Jewel was again at so much ease and confidence at the concerts, that we immediately got a cold feeling over our back when she started to sing Near you always. I don't know why but this song has something really fabalous. I still think back at the entrance on the stage wearing those really never seen high shoes that got some style. I like her hair too, it's not too much attention being paid to . It's so made by Jewel herself. She always sings the first songs seems to be the same as the ones in Belfast earlier....but than she sings some beautiful songs accoustically like Grey matter, Sometimes It Be that way, Morning song and the beautiful songs foolish games the rocky new one down so long and the terrific songs love me just leave me alone and the song down.........it's always good to see her ending the concert with the encores angel standing by, absence of fear and sometimes she yodels her chime bells song to the audience....after the concert we decided to wait for Jewel but this time in Dublin Jewel seemed to be very tired and because the alley was very tiny did the Jewelcrew decide to leave the concertvenue immediately... We saw the car driven away in the city of dublin that night......i fully understand why they sometimes decide to leave the fans.....you can't have all after all the concerts......it was good to have learnt that day that Jewel is planning a new movierole in the winter of 2000 according to mr Lee Greene........he also told us that Jewel intends to do concerts in Europe again maybe next year....we just have to wait and see..... Mr Greene also revealed to us european fans , that the movie A ride with the devil is now shown at the filmfestival 'Cannes' which means that the whole european filmindustrie can buy this directed film by Sean Penn with the beautiful female leadrole by Jewel.......oooh what do i want to see this movie very much...... the next day i decided to spent the day with the international swedish fan from Jewel Carl in the city of Dublin...but we couldn't do much beside some walking through the city...there was a bankholiday and we spoke about the concerts of Jewel in Ireland and we fully agreed that the concerts are something special.....at some day we both wish that Jewel will play accoustically again.......that would be nice again....her voice and guitartalents are already making the crowd pleased and happy......there are still so much songs from the angelfood tapes we share that we would love to see performed by Jewel in a real concert.... It might be a rumour but some of the crewmembers revealed that there might come a livealbum from the Spirit tour with their best songs on this cd....that would be awesome wouldn' it fans of Jewel????? We all look forward to this special second book from Jewel with her essays about her childhood ......her second major book that will hit the bestseller list without any problems......i really hope that the whole Spirit tour in the USA will be rated as muchly succesfull as the tour is already in the UK.....next friday i will head for Hamburg to meet the swedish fan Carl again, and watch Jewel play in two german cities again.....that would be great feeling again.... On tuesday i decided to pick up my dutch friends Lotti and Roel from Heathrow airport....we got back to our hotels and went for some shopping in the city of London....we saw sometimes Jewel's new poetrybook A night without armor...the uk edition.....and we saw some magazines from jewel like seventeen magazine and the guitar magazine where Jewel's Spirit album was being praised for her honest and lovely sound... The next day we went for some shopping again and we went to the hollywood superstore and i saw there some beautiful photos from jewel that i didn't see before.....soon hereafter we decided to walk to the Royal albert hall , located at the tubestop South Kensington....we walked to the venue and we noticed the Jewel tour trucks again and we decided to wait for door one .....this was the artist entrance actually.....i recognized an international every day angel again...it turned to be my friend from france Francois cartegnie....and we had a talk....he begin to speech about the concert experiences he had at the southampton gig....he enjoyed it...and he told me jewel played the song pieces of you....this is the song i really would like to hear at one of the other concerts i still going to see in Europe....the modelling story and than just to see Jewel and her guitar....francois told me that he met jewel and that she signed some cd's from him.....francois also told me about his meetings with the bandmembers : doug, stevie, tony and the others as the drumplayer....he even got time to chat with the opener for every jewelconcert steve poltz......steve every times sings and plays different songs on his guitar....and has a special ritual at his concerts......like drinking wine....inviting a girl or woman to have a glass of wine...and than he clumsly strikes his guitar.........wow his songs are so cool....you have to listen to it.... i decided with my dutch friends to wait at the venue and try to catch a glimpse of jewel...luckily at some point we saw Jewel leaving the building........she was nice , she was wearing her orange sunglasses and we got a little chat with her, and she signed for all us fans one item...we were really in heaven..........and than she drove away with the tourvan to her hotel to get a rest...... we were so lucky to see jewel......and mr greene was again so friendly to us.......we had a dinner for the concert started....this venue was probably the biggest in the uk.......there were a lot of photographers and there has already been a lot of reviews of jewel in the newspapers and magazines....thanks to my english uk friend chris groves i got really good tickets for this venue....i had a front row seat which was really awesome!!! you could really watch jewel perform very well at her concert...... Steve again was the opener for jewel ....and he played some lovely songs again like star wars, everything about you and so many other great songs like the chair...he always improvises the song ........with reffering to the audience in the hall.....
