Just e-mailing to say that I'm REALLY angry about this whole fanatic thing. I'm INCREDIBLY pisst off, especially since the e-mail stressed YOU COULD CALL COLLECT. I've been trying to call collect for the past three days (I live in NY, so I didn't much want to have to pay for a call to LA).
