I've been thinking about it a lot lately. I remember the first time I heard it. I thought about if the situation would happen to me; the only person I could see It happening to was one of my friends that I was in acting class with when I was young (Edward). we would always hang out and do our skits together, and we were pretty good friends at the time. But i didn't realise it until a couple of years later. He was a member at my church, but i rarely talked to him on Sundays b/c of, well, I don't want to get into it, but basically, he's a year younger and he's one of those actors who only performs on stage ;) that is, he's somewhat socially shy. But a very great actor. at the beginning of the school year, I had this thought that someone I was aquainted with would be hurt sometime in the next six months (ESP supposedly runs in the family, E-mail privately if you want details) ...sure enough over winter break, Edward was in a car accident and was in a coma and no one was sure how well he would get. It freaked me out completely. I didn't know how to react. The doctors didn't know if he was brain damaged or how long he'd be in his coma. He struggled for weeks, each day getting better and responding more... and there was a "mary epperson" figure, but it wasn't me. I was too scared to see him. and i still am. it's hard to talk to him; he doesn't recognize me. From now on, the lyrics to Adrian will be different to me. It won't ever sound the same again. I thought I'd share... Katie, the Smurfing Angel OH! did anyone catch dawson's creek the other night? Jenny (i think that's her name, the blond chick) was talking to Dawson, and she was like "you're 80 feet from my door and i feel like you're a thousand miles away" hmmm sounds like a familiar tune... too bad they were using some of their [insert adjective] selections. If only i were music director. but then every other song would be Jewel. OK one last thing... I got Jewel Rocks the Paradise a couple of weeks ago, and I wanna trade for some more angelfood. While eating breakfast this lovely Saturday morning, I glanced through USA Today and was elated to find a picture of Jewel. Although it is quite a small picture, it is still a picture. It is in an article about different types of IQs and it lists Jewel under a high musical IQ and has a picture of her and a guitar and I believe she is in her van in the picture but you cannot really tell.
