Kinda cute. ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 3 Dec 1997 19:04:01 -0700 (MST) From: moon Subject: sjc: serendipity in albuquerque heya angels weirdest thing happened. i went to a little store i frequent to purchase juliana h. tickets and to maybe pick up a new ani cd. and i walked in and found out the juliana concert was 21 up only. errrrrrrr. albuquerque sucks, albuquerque sucks, i said to myself. i saw her many times in dallas when i was twelve! but i digress. anyway, i was pouting and i accidentally saw something out of the corner of my eye. save the linoleum. what? i must be dreaming. i used to check this store weekly for a copy of it. i have looked in everystore in austin, dallas, san antonio, santa fe, and albuquerque for this and had just given up. and there is was, sitting in front of me for 8 dollars. i still can't believe it. so now i am home and have listened to it and am glad i didn't pay any outrageous price for it. it has a great "god's gift to women" on it, and a spectacular "flower", but for those of you who would make special trips to other states for this, it isn't anything compared to the angelfood tapes out there that are free. however, the cover is really neat. this is the thing. if any of you are just dying to have a copy of this, i will make five of them, and i will copy the cover for you two. so if you want it or some of it, write me with IWANTACOPY! in the subject, and make sure its in all caps cuz i delete things sometimes if they don't catch my eye. i will take the first five that i get according to sent times. this is what's on it: god's gift to women intro "i was really bummed when i wrote this...." i'm sensitive (live) who will save your soul (poy) race care driver (with her doing her voice really weird) flower i'm sensitive (poy) ok:-> that's all, i guess luna ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 3 Dec 1997 21:39:52 -0500 (EST) From: Lagu83@aol.com Subject: re-mix?? One of my friends said there was a remix of YWMFM. I was curious if this was correct, if it is will someone please tell me what's different abnout that and the one on the CD. Could you also possibly tell me where I could get it! thanks agua clara angel (clearwater angel) {\o/} /_\ ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 3 Dec 1997 22:21:47 EST From: MAXMOUZE Subject: Question about Wizard of Oz answered I was listening to Radio Angels tonight (as usual -- heh heh) and Jewel was talking about being cast in a performance of THE WIZARD OF OZ. She said "There's only one rehearsal -- on the day of the show!". That explains why they all read their lines out of a prompt book. They weren't given time to memorize (which is stupid, they should have just mailed the scripts to them). There ya go... peace to all, angels! Mm__) ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 3 Dec 1997 23:43:16 -0500 (EST) From: EDAxJewel@aol.com Subject: JC;Just some random ramblings.... BTW, does anyone have the lyrics to "Been Down So Long"??? If so, I'd really like to have them. Thanks. And just to add my two cents (again) I've never met Jewel but I think it's unfair of those of you who haven't met her either and are saying she is rude. I bet not one of you would like it if someone who didn't know you said you were rude or something. Well, thanks for your time. Peace. Nothing to do with Jewel, but please read on...are any angels planning to go to Mardi Gras in February, or given it thought? If so I'd love to hear from you all.
