My name is Jason Salomon and I am new to EDA. Actually I just found out that EDA existed just a couple of days ago from a magazine article I was reading about Jewel. I am 18 years old, a freshman at State University of New York at Binghamton and insanely in love with Jewel!!!!!!!! My musical background is pretty extensive. I'm a singer, not proffessionally of course. I just love to do it and I've been involved in choirs and chamber groups for most of my life. Even more than performing, I love to listen to music. My favorite type of music has always been pop, rock. I love listening to Billy Joel, the Beatles, the Greatful Dead and countless others but when I first heard Jewel something changed. Jewel is not only beautiful and sexy, her voice is absolutely one of the most emotional, and beautiful I've ever heard and trust me I've heard a lot of voices in my life. Her presence is absolutely mystifying and I love the themes she uses in her songs to express life in general. My friend who is a big fan of heavy metal and rock and roll went to the lilith fair (I wish I went!!!!!) and was totally inspired by Jewel. He even bought a t-shirt and the album. I'm inspired too. I love music, my tastes range from classical (anyone else?) to punk and ska. I used to surf competitively, but having moved to Bama, those days are over.
