MetroTix is open 9AM to 9PM, 7 days a week and has 30+ remote walk-up locations. Like Ticketmaster there is a minimal convenience fee assessed for tickets. The Fox Box Office, located at 527 North Grand Blvd. is open Mon-Sat, 10AM to 6PM and Sunday, Noon to 4PM. Their web site did not have Jewel listed. The jewel letter to us from Mr.BB was authentic, it was real, Mr.BB is a good friend of Jewel and her mom Lenedra and relays any and all info from them.
