There is a radio station here in Reno that doesn't have a request phone line, but rather an e-mail address for requests. Therefore I can't repeatedly e-mail them to request FG like I could with a phone. However other people can e-mail them, and it doesn't require a long distance phone charge! I mailed them and got a reply saying they'll play it, but I have yet to hear it played. Their address is Modernhits@aol.com Matt ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 2 Jul 1997 00:08:42 -0400 (EDT) From: Luna1037@aol.com Subject: Songs that make me laugh I like the song that Adam Sandler did on Mixed Nuts, about "I wonder whether your name starts with a C or a K" "Ohhh, I Looove grape Jelly" And all the songs by the Brady Bunch, but especially 'I Hate Valentine's Day' (by you know who) because I do. Jules ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 02 Jul 1997 00:30:51 -0400 From: julie Subject: memoirs of a housewife OK, I asked this question once before and only one person answered me. What does Jewel say in Memoirs of a Housewife Jewelstock TAPE 1 at the part: If I were to bet all the ??????????? in the world I would surely be one uncultural girl The person who replied to me said it was something like Molinaris, but I listened to it and it sounds like chockamanies, which of course makes no sense. So please help me out here. Jules ------------------------------ Date: 7/2/1997 0:30 From: Thomas Carney Subject: NJC-other female artists Wow it has been quite some time since I have written. Well anyways here is my question: Can some of you recommend to me other female artists that sing along the same vien as Jewel and Tara Maclean. Maybe some singers that aren't so well known. I posted this before but I don't think anyone saw it, so.... I've noticed that alot of people here have been posting some really fabulous poetry, and, as I was creating my new Jewel page, I came up with the idea that perhaps it might be cool to put up a page of EDA poetry. The poems can be inspired by anything, not just Jewel stuff. Included with each entry on the page will be the author's name, author's email, date written, and a short (one to two sentence) summary of the inspiration for the poem. Any of this can be included or left ou upon request. So, please e-mail me at Lanna1@aol.com (not Pucafddlr@aol.com where I am writing this from) and give me your poems! Thanks!
