Not like it matters, but I still like the video ideas the EDAs were talking about a while ago. It was very moving and more appropriate for the song. The song wasn't originally written for a Batman movie, but they had to make it seem that way. I hope they don't put any scenes from the movie in the video. That would totally (IMO) ruin the video. Finally - the "Official" EDA Shirt is here !!! The EDA Shirt is here!!! Finally, The T-Shirt Guy (tm) has returned with a new, better than ever "Official" EDA T-Shirt. Last year, the Everyday Angels wanted to make a shirt so we could easily spot each other at concerts. Designs were submitted, idea were exchanged. I became The T-Shirt Guy (tm) and was in charge of the project. Then the EDA world was turned upside-down with the announcement of JewelStock. The JS shirt satisfied the need and the EDA shirt was put aside. People never forgot, however, and have been asking me when was I going to finish the EDA shirt. Well, now I have my act together and a new design (which has Jewel and Lenedra's blessing) and I am ready to make the shirt available to the list. The shirt can be viewed and ordered over the web at http://www.cybercom.net/~pjk/EDA (I should have a couple alternative sites up soon if in case there are any more problems with my server) or if you do not have web access simply email at this address for all the information on the shirt (design, ordering, etc.). If you would also like a jpeg of the design just ask. If you have any questions feel free to email me. Andy Warhol is the intriguing artist who is the subject of the film. it sure sounds to me like you are asking to trade for a copy of commercially available material. i would beg and plead with all EDAs not to do this. some of jewel's songs appear on soundtracks and other compilation discs. if any EDAs want these songs, then they should simply buy the cd. jewel, the other artists, and the other folks in the music industry will not receive any money if you dub commercially available material. by dubbing this material you are taking money directly out of jewel's pocket. that's uncool! i have posted on this issue at least a half-dozen times over the last year. i really hope that EDAs are not trading commercially available material. it's wrong, it's illegal, and it's vary bad netiquette to ask others to dub commercially available. i don't mean to sound like a jerk, but i am starting to lose my patience on this issue and i really am a patient person. if EDAs feel compelled to trade commercially available material, then at least don't post about it in this forum peace, dave *+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+* Dave DiCicco peaches@dmapub.dma.org "Innocence Maintained" is a moderated, news only email list providing its subscribers with timely information about Jewel Kilcher. (That is, "Amen", "Angel Standing By", "Painters", and "Near You Always" are all in open Db tuning.) And don't go hurting yourself playing "I'm Sensitive". You need a capo on the fourth fret. No one but a solo jazz guitarist with 10 years experience could play it decently using the fingerings in that book! Oh and "Daddy" is much easier in standard tuning with a capo on the second fret. Woohoo!! I got my tickets to Lilith Fair in Toronto today!!! I'm going on the 16th, so put me on the list!! :) I kinda got mad, though, because I was calling for an hour, then when I finally got through, the battery on my cell-phone went dead. So I changed the battery to another one with like a minute of juice left in it, called my mom and asked her to get tickets for me. No problem. We've got cool seats ... not front row, but good seats none the less. Anyways, I just thought that I'd let y'all know that. :) Bye everyone! Lotsa Love, Mike P.S. I've been away for a bit, and don't know if it was mentioned that our Angel is on the cover of "The Web Magazine" ... it's got a cool article in it, and she mentions us and how supportive we've been. Josh An EDA forever. Good idea Josh!. As an avid hat wearer, I think an EDA cap would be a great idea! I mean we could easily identify each other at concerts ya know. I believe Jewel would be more suited in driving those cute VW beetles! I hope to get one pretty soon, man are they sweet! I just found out that my neighbor was selling four tickets to the Lilith Fair at Merriwether. They are 8th row center tickets!!!!! But of course, they cost $100 a piece!!!!! I don't have that much money and even if I did, I need another $100 to pay for another ticket so I could even go (of course my parents won't let me go by myself). At first, I was going to pay $23 and get lawn tickets which I was perfectly happy with. But my stupid brother hasen't answered me seriously as to wether he would take me. So now, the tickets are probably sold out and I am not going!!! Sorry if none of you even care, I just needed to get that out!
