A couple of weeks ago, some people mentioned VH1's Pop Up Video--I saw what I guess was a new one, with WWSYS in it!!!!!!! I think it even was the first one they showed in the new one. It told a lot about the people shown in the video, most of the other stuff you can probably find in the FAQ (Although I didn't know she was born in Payson, Utah; that perhaps explains better why she was Mormon until the age of 8, not to put a stereotype or anything on the Utah people) Speaking of Utah/Mormons, any Utah EDAs and/or Mormon EDAs here? 2nd order of business... LA area EDAs--probably not worth buying, but KYSR Star 98.7 released one of those heavily-played people compilation CDs with the proceeds going to some anti-violence organization. I believe you can only get it at Blockbuster Music. The CD has WWSYS on it; in all likelihood it is the album version because if it were an in-studio version, it would have said so on the back like it did for one of the other songs... One more thing... >Just wanted to let you know that Jewel is next week's highest debut on the >Billboard Top 100 singles Chart. YWMFM bows in at number 61 for the week. Alright!!!! Now let's all break out the wallets one more time and buy multiple copies of YWMFM and send it up 60 spots next week to Numero Uno. Here is what you are required to buy: Annual Income # of YWMFM singles $0-$20,000 2 $20,001-$50,000 4 $50,001-$75,000 6 $75,001-$100,000 8 $100,000+ 10 Of course, this is only a suggested number; feel absolutely free to buy even more--put one in all of your cars, put one in every room of your house, give one to your dog, give one to your neighbor, put one in the safety deposit box.... Actually, there's a place at MainPlace mall in Santa Ana (CA) called Record Town that usually has 3 or 4 different cassette singles for 49 cents; if they have YWMFM for 49 cents, maybe I'll just have to buy 10 of them for $4.90. OK, I think I'm done now. - --Neal neal77@juno.com prairiedogtown@juno.com ------------------------------ From: Terrill Chalmers Date: Sat, 23 Nov 1996 20:49:36 -0800 (PST) Subject: Re: Save the Linoleum cost Someone posted inquiring the cost of Save the Linoleum. I paid six bucks for it new. That was before she became real popular though, around June, 95. So I guess the motto of the list now is, "The buck stops over there." ;-) :-b hmm... christmas is coming soon, need to get into the holiday spirit.... Say, does anyone have the lyrics to the Rugburn's "I Hate F-in Christmas"? Toni? (...I heard YWMFM on K92 Roanoke. Been a while since I heard Jewel on the radio when I didn't put her there.) - ----- telliamed@juno.com (...cultivated, mature in a childish sort of way) ### All opinions expressed are yours. Before I go crazy buying J's singles, can any1 tell me what the b sides are or are they all already available? I went crazy with Tori's singles shelling out big $$$ for some and to buy many more is crazy. Just wondering what the other songs are...
