I peeked through the slightly opened door into the dark bedroom. I now could clearly hear my mothers beautiful voice. Just enough light was coming in so I could see my mother sitting at the side of my mother-in-laws death bed as she sang while holding her hand and glistening tears slowly rolled down both of their faces. The power of that private moment will never escape me. My mother would have loved hearing Jewel. She and I would watch Jimmy Rogers on The Ed Sullivan Show and she loved it when he yodeled. Im not gonna lie and say that i dont think of her that way.. i mean yeah i love her music LOVE HER MUSIC... but i must say as a male looking at her as a female she is very very attractive and yes If ever givin the chance id love to meet her. not just as the great singer she is but also the beautiful women that she has become. AS FOR COUrtney...YUCK i mean come on....can we try and look more like an addict to herion? I think that she tries a little too hard to be a slut. I would definetly like to meet her on person just too see how fake she really is...AS for the band hole...What good can they be if there lead guitarist gave an interview on TV saying "I dont understand hwy we sell records...WE SUCK! it kinda funny when you think about it" Well there is HOLE in a nutshell. Once you start hearing voices, you are really in trouble. I once told my wife I found someone new. At first she laughed at me. Then before I knew it, I was hearing voices and seeing stars. Just like you. > Now when I think of him, > I think of the love who broke my heart. > > Krista > > I'd love some feedback from you angels Well you asked for feedback. But most of the EDA's know I could not just end this letter here and be this cruel. You may have noticed that your entire poem was quoted along with my attempt at humor. By doing this, anyone else reading this can see I am making fun of a poem that represents a very special person and time in your life. Sometimes the only way to lighten a heavy heart is to just laugh a little. My first thought is "GET OVER IT". But I need to tell you what happened to me last night. I had a dream, a dream about my first love. I would wake up and then go back to sleep and the dream about her kept coming back. It was because of your beautiful touching poem. In my dream I kept on trying to find out how her life had turned out. This was a dream and not a nightmare because lying next to me was my real love. How lucky I am. Kathy told me, " stop that sniffing, I'm not in the mood". Well I'm not always that lucky. When Kathy says "get that big thing away from me", she means my nose. So I guess it isn't easy to "get over it" but it will become easier to go on without him. The changes take effect on August 16. They are designed to enhance airline security measures and to protect the travelling public, postal employees and postal contractors who transport U.S. Mail. The changes have been developed in consultation with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Again, effective August 16th: * All domestic packages or parcels bearing stamps and weighing 16 ounces or more and all international mail or military APO/FPO mail weighing 16 ounces or more MAY NOT BE DEPOSITED IN COLLECTION BOXES, INCLUSING STREET, LOBBY, APARTMENT BOXES, AND RURAL MAILBOXES. * We are asking customers with parcels weighing 16 ounces or more to enter them IN PERSON AT THEIR LOCAL POST OFFICE. Customers in rural areas can give them to rural letter carriers. (Rural letter carriers can provide the same level of service as a post office.) * Parcels weighing 16 ounces and over MISTAKENLY deposited in colection boxes will be returned to the sender with a note asking the sender to deliver the parcel IN PERSON to their local post office or letter carrier. * Postage on an item improperly deposited in a collection box may be used when the item is re-mailed at the post office. These changes will take effect on August 16, and will remain in effect until further notice. For most consumers and businesses, there should be little impact. In fact, we believe less than one percent of the package volume falls into these categories. ___________________________________________________________________________ ____________________end of postal regulations______________________________ ___________________________________________________________________________ *+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+* Dave DiCicco peaches@dmapub.dma.org _____ __ | \____/ | | | | O H I O | | | | | | * Dayton / |_ _/ \_____| *+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+*+* ------------------------------ From: Kevin Young Date: Wed, 28 Aug 1996 20:35:50 -0400 Subject: Jewel's appeal It seems eveyone is hung up on how Jewel looks.
