Well I guess it is cool that my mom is letting me go. I mean I probably wouldn't let my 15 year old go to some concert in the middle of BFN. I think my sister is coming with me as a chaperone or something...I dunno. I am sooo excited though!!!!! OHH...I spent $13.99 on the MOM CD just for Quiet Warrior today and I love it!!!! This sounds like a great idea to me. If we could get a group of people on a bus headed from NYC to the concert, I would be very pleased to go along. Also, if it is not too much to ask, (I realize that at this point, I have already impressed on everyone to offer me rides and admittance to an exclusive concert) I would also very much appreciate a ride to one of the campgrounds. According to what i have read I would have to pay a total of $60 for the three nights. This being the case, I would very much like to split the cost of a site with somebody (as everyone may have noticed, I am very low on funds). Again, any help would be much appreciated. Jewel agreed to do ONE show for list members. That show is Thursday. It is free. That is the only show Jewel offered to the list. Then Jewel decided to do a benefit show for the building built by the now deceased guy who managed Dillion and the Band, Joplin, etc in the early years. The building has been given to the community but the small community has no operating funds. Jewel loves to help small venues. However, up to 200 seats have been set aside in that show for list members, but they will need to pay. OK? I guess they could make both shows $15 so all is fair.....
