It can't be perfect to everyone. I know someone out there has done shirts before.... Second, we need a central location for the design showing/comparison. I will be happy to put other designs besides Chopped Liver's up if you send it, or someone else can do it- we just need to pick one person. Would you like me to include member comments that i've gotten under the designs? That might help out the decision process. (Trust me, i have plenty of web space left) I can set up voting using a counter (there are better harder ways, but hey, i'm doing this for free ;) Once all the designs are in. You would just click on a link to vote for a design, simple as that. Then you would get a message saying "thanks, now go away and don't vote again" :) I would keep the url "secret" (you couldn't click to get to it from my pages, and have to type it in) to prevent non-listers from voting. Let me know if you want me to be in charge of the voting.... unfortunately with the work i have to do i can't do the actual shirts too. But if you're a more casual fan and/or you'd like a taste before you buy your ice cream then you're probably going to want the better album tracks rather than unreleased material (which, if it's good, and has at least some mass appeal, should really be on a full-length album rather than just a single anyway, in my opinion). Wow, the WWSYS cassingle was only $2.99?! It was $5.99 here when I checked, and since I don't like cassettes anyway (except for Jewel bootlegs ;), AND I already have these songs, I restrained myself. But if it's in CD form maybe I'll break down (knowing full well that I'd only be buying it for the picture and to support Jewel 8). Anyway, the gave me the name of some screen printers in my area, the best one could give us two/colors on the front and back of a 100% cotton shirt (any color he has in stock). For under $9 we could even go crazy and add a few more colors and stay under ten. This seemed like a good deal. A 4/c full color seperation would be very expensive due to the difficulty of printing seperations onto the shirt material. I would be willing to administrate the shirt process (i.e. take orders get them printed and send them out). One problem will be I would need to know how many shirts we will need. Does anyone know how many there are on the list. I will also need to put down a deposit on the shirts so I have to be sure I will sell them all. I wouldn't plan to make any profit, so with shipping probably $11 or $12 depending on how you want (a t-shirt can easily fit into one of those priority mail envelopes and that's $3). Now what we need is a design. I came up with one and I am going to put it on the web tonight at http://www.cybercom.net/~pjk/jewel Don't bother looking before around 10pm (Tuesdau) because it won't be there.
