I can not believe how much emotion she sings with. She said in Jest that she wanted to move here... If it were only true.... Oh well. Did anyone record the Toronto show? Not including my soul, I would give almost anything for a copy of the may 13th show. Before the show she had an interview and I managed to record about half of it. I converted what I had to a wave file but it is over 2 megs long. I don't have to much free time per month for my account but if a few people want me to attach it to an email I would be more than happy to. Hi everybody, I'm Alan and I'm a soundman here in CT. My wife AmyJo has posted a few times and traded with a few of you. I contact you with a technical question regarding the Net simulcast of Thursdays Irving Plaza gig. Whats the deal with this Real Audio 2.0? At our studios we have the recomended 28.8 modem,we're on a MAC 6300, have Netscape 2.0 with the real audio plugin (and we're not on AOL). The audio is working but it'll drop out for long periods of time(up to 30 seconds) constantly. It's really worthless so far. We've contacted Real Audio but they dont have a clue. If anyone knows the secret, please contact us at the above AOL account. I'd also welcome anyone who even gets a consistant signal to let us know. I'd enjoy recording a DAT of it for free distribution on your list, but the way it sounds now would be worthless. Any help would be appreciated. Also, since it looks grim on our success, if anyone is able to get Real Audio to function as they claim it should, certainly get in touch about a trade. I have finally located some proffessional DAT recordings of Jewel and I'm sure AmyJo will be up for trades. I'll have em in a few weeks and although I dont have time to copy for everyone, AmyJo can send out an analog master for someone to distribute. I'm sure she'll post accordingly. I await anyone with a Real Audio 2.0 success story.
