The look pretty good... If anyone wants them, they will be on my upcoming webpage. If you can not wait, I could email them too. Two stand out.. both are from the WWSYS video, one is B/W-her sitting down on the bathroom floor with her guitar (looking oddly Jennifer Aniston like). The other looks like a shot through a gel lens and is quite beautiful. If anyone is interested, let me know. The page will be up in a week or so...I hope to add a few of these stills and probably some live wav. files from the Irving Plaza show. I think she noticed I was taping...:D ______________________________________________________________________________ "Let others bring order to chaos. I would bring chaos to order" -K.V. She mentioned Elaa Fitzgerald as her favorite singer and George asked her to yoddle and she obliged. Nothing extraordinary that most of us did not already know. I can't believe I hadn't heard it before, I'm probably one of the only ones here that hadn't, but hey... Yes--"Jessica" changed shape and became "Emily." Very interesting to see the progression. While I liked "Jessica" I think "Emily" is a little more realized as a song--more mature. - --Neile ------------------------------ From: diciccda@saber.udayton.edu Date: Mon, 11 Mar 1996 15:45:43 -0500 Subject: Re: George & Alana Did anyone notice that Alana kinda leaned away from Jewel? As if Alana was scared by her especially when Jewel talked of living in her car. But the letter came back to me saying that the "PO Box was closed" and when I tried to call their 800 number it was disconnected. And then I called 800 information and they had no listing for Maxell. Has anyone had a similar experience? Does anyone know how to get a hold of them? Are they still even accepting the points? Any info would be GREATLY appreciated. We've all heard about his tan, but not his nose... Anyway, I can't believ I taped that show again but at least this time it was worth it. The interview was short but OK, normal press stuff. The thing is they followed her up with something about giving you scalp a work-out. How scary is that? Don't you think they could have talked to her and not shown us exactly how to massage your scalp? Although, I guess maybe George needed the info before all his hair goes...
