And I was more than a little leery about the weather prospect this time, too. Storm forecasts were "in the air." Would I dodge a bullet this time, snow-wise, or have to bite the bullet once again and not go? Fortunately for me, the dumping of a foot of snow on New England on Thursday was all done by Friday, the day of the show. So I was not only able to make it up to Vermont for the CD Release Show, I was able to help R&K out at the show on backing vocals on two songs, "Rose or the Briar" and "On the Other Side." The duo of Laura Molinelli and Christopher Clark, friends of R&K, opened the show. Now I'm looking forward to a Boston-area Hungrytown loft concert scheduled for January 4, shortly after the New Year. Congratulations to R&K on Hungrytown!
