Both Stephen and Peter accompanied me to this free outdoor Kennedys 
show. 
We got to chit-chat a bit before the show and make requests for  songs we
hadn't heard in a while.  Here's what TK played --

Sibling Revelry Workshop
Pete & Maura came onstage for the finale "If I Had a Hammer," joining 
Nerissa & Katryna Nields, Chris & Meredith Thompson, and others

There may have been other onstage Kennedys goings on that I either
missed  or
am forgetting.  I was overjoyed to see TK there.  As far as I'm 
concerned,
the festival belongs to them as much as to any of the rest of  us.  Pete
&
Maura are Falcon Ridge people and music lovers, just like  us.

With two differences.  TK play music a whole lot better than most of 
us. 
And TK are better connected than most of us.  Vive la  difference!  Long
may
they reign!  :-)

Yay for FRFF '06, Yay for TK, and Y4Y!!!  :-)

As someone who has absolutely fallen in love with TKS this year, I was
thrilled to see them at FRFF once again. Wish it was in a headlining role
but some Kennedys was better than none.  Actually, it was at last years
fest
that I became completely hooked. Had seen them in the past there and
always
like them but something just clicked for me last year.  The release of
"Half
a million miles" coincided with my decision to study Buddhism seriously
this
past fall and became the soundtrack for that part of my life. It still
is.

My husband and I are thinking that we may just go on the cruise next year
as
sort of an early anniversary gift to ourselves and hopefully some of our
friends from Camp Happytown may come along as well. Have to work the
finances out but it looks possible right now. Gives me something to dream
about anyway. Namaste, love Robin
