I know some of the people involved in organizing this festival, so we're really looking forward to making it this year. We've had conflicts the past two years. It's probably the closest folk festival to Washington. If any JP's want to meet up there, we can arrange it. Also, I know there are lots of Dar fans who also read this list and I received notice that tickets are now on sale for the Great Waters Folk Festival in Wolfesboro, NH -- a great show now in its third season, too. Besides Dar, the lineup includes the Del McCoury Band, Catie Curtis, Bill Morrissey, Tracy Grammer, David Francey, Harry Manx, Vance Gilbert and Jake Armerding. It's the week after Falcon Ridge. We're going to both. *woo-hoo* - -- Jay Check out the Kennedys' Official Home Page: http://www.KennedysMusic.com/ Fab photos, the Official tour diary, dashboard Buddha haiku, groovy merchandise...what more could you ask for? ------------------------------ End of jangle-poets-digest V6 #32 *********************************
