We have a slight adjustment to our menu schedule for Falcon Ridge.  Jeong has

to be in Troy Thursday night.  So the  day has been switched from Thursday to

Saturday:

Wednesday:  Spaghetti and grilled portobellos
Thursday:  Beef and Veggie Burgers
*Friday:  Meat and veggie Chile
*Saturday:  Korean beef; marinated chicken, Indian dahl
Sunday:  whatever is left

* These might switch

Breakfasts will be the same:  Blueberry pancakes, eggs, meat and veggie
sausage, OJ.
The only coffee available (unless someone else brings a pot) will be espresso

(campfire espresso maker!).
