OK, so sue me, for having too much to do since FRFF '02 and not listening to
"River of Fallen Stars" until today, but ...
       What is the origin of the song "Fortune Teller Road"? It sounds quite
like a Bill Miller song, kind of Native-American spiritual, but with an
obvious dark side.
