Subject: [JP] KENNEDYS 9/02 NEWSLETTER: NY/MA/VA/MD/DC 9
Welcome to The Kennedys' E-Newsletter for September 2002!
IN THIS ISSUE:
1) Kennedys touring schedule
2) Get It Right on the radio
3) Mercantile
Hi, everyone! Summer is officially over, but our fall coffeehouse tour has
just begun. We had a blast in August, playing some of the last few festivals
of the year, including Bethlehem Musikfest and the Philadelphia Folk Fest. We
were honored to back up Tracy Grammer on her main stage Philly Folk Fest
performance, and we were in awe, once again, of her poise, composure, and
unswerving masterful musicianship, in the wake of losing her life and music
partner, Dave Carter in July. For those of you who are not yet familiar with
the music of Dave Carter and Tracy Grammer, we recommend all three of their
CDs. They will change your life.

Saturday, September 28 - Andy's, Chestertown, MD. We LOVE Andy's. It's like
playing in someone's really big living room. Lots of big overstuffed chairs -

and get some dinner from Andy's ever-expanding menu. Listen up, kids: this is
a rare 21 and over shows, no exceptions. Lots of other all-ages shows in our
itinerary. The listening room area is smoke-free, but you can smoke in the
rest of the bar. Showtime is 9:00PM. 410-778-6779. www.andys-ctown.com/
