I won't be making the Folk Festival (but have fun y'all!) but I did make it to see TK at Kennett Square last Saturday night. Near historic Chadd's Ford, very beautiful stage w/ a swamp behind it ("Drink & Fish Here @ your own risk!"). I missed a few songs due to lateness (the $75 cab ride wasn't THAT convenient, but I'd do it again in a heart beat) so I won't attempt a setlist, but suffice it to say, THE KENNEDYS RULE!! Travel safely everyone and have a fun weekend, filled with food, friends, and good music. But we already knew that! :-) Yikes! The $100 I paid a scalper to see a soldout show with TN opening for Joan Baez at the Sanders Theater some years back, is looking less and less costly all the time --- especially when I hear stories like this one! :-) Bruce Check out the Kennedys' Official Home Page: http://www.KennedysMusic.com/ Fab photos, the Official tour diary, dashboard Buddha haiku, groovy merchandise...what more could you ask for? ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 22 Aug 2002 16:04:06 EDT From: Fantine729@aol.com Subject: [JP] request for help from Nerissa Nields I've been asked to send this plea to the Nook. Peace, Sheila Greetings! Katryna and I are desperately seeking a good recording of us singing "Orphan Girl," preferably with Ben Demerath and/or the Kennedys. This was, if I remember correctly, actually with both Ben AND The Kennedys.
