LOL 5) Forward entire announcements from other lists, including but by no means limited to Cadence Carroll, Groovelily, Gandalf Murphy and the Slambovian Circus of Dreams, We're About 9, etc. 6) Chastise Nookers like Delilah about posting to the list about a Groovelily show in Philly on the same night as N&K Nields' Philly show, and then turn right around and go to the Groovelily show, even posting later to the list how great Groovelily was and how glad you were you hadn't wasted your time on the Nields. There's a few helpful hints to hold you for a while, Ken, and any other persons out there with half an inkling of trying to be Cone impersonators in your own right. But don't say I didn't warn ye --- it's taken the Cone Man a *lifetime* to GET IT RIGHT --- so don't go expecting to do a right and proper "Cone" overnight! These things take much practice. :-) Thank Dobbs there's only ONE Cone Man eh? "Often imitated, seldom duplicated"??? I can see it all now: "STAR WARS EPISODE II: ATTACK OF THE CONES" !!! "RETURN OF THE CONE MEN" !!! ;-) Mad Baggins riding the Cone Train since 3/14/98, Northwest Park, Windsor CT Check out the Kennedys' Official Home Page: http://www.KennedysMusic.com/ Fab photos, the Official tour diary, dashboard Buddha haiku, groovy merchandise...what more could you ask for? ------------------------------ End of jangle-poets-digest V4 #72 *********************************
