I know it's last minute, but this is important, and being music lovers, I know you'll all agree with me. This is Pat Klink in Baltimore from the group We're About 9. Let the spiel begin: How many of you (who weren't) wish you had been at the first FRFF? PhillyFF? Etc. Well, me too. Here's our chance: There's a brand spanking new festival (Susquehanna Music and Arts Festival) chock full o' serious talent hitting Northern Maryland THIS VERY WEEKEND!!! I'm not involved in organizing it, but I know the folks who are are having some concerns...they don't know if anyone will come. Everyone should. Here's why: - -Friday-Sunday, w/ camping (I hear campfires are even allowed!) - -showers!! - -oh yeah, and the music...mainstage acts include, among many others: Groovelily, the Kennedys, Tom Prasada-Rao, Greg Greenway, Rachel Bissex, SONiA, and the first mainstage appearance at any festival from We're About 9 (http://www.circanine.com) - -Second stage performers include: Andy & Denise, Lea, Steve Key, Naked Blue, and a ton more. There's no reason not to go to this festival. Please, if you can, come support a wonderful new thing and help ensure that it happens again. Check out the fest online at http://www.smaf.info Also, just a reminder, for any Kennedys fans around in the Mid-Atlantic area, come check them out with We're About 9 opening at Godfrey Daniels in Bethlehem, PA tomorrow night (Thursday, May 2nd)! big huge love, Pat Klink/WA9 - ----------------------------------- Check out we're about 9 on the web at http://www.circanine.com Yahoo!
