About half the people there were from the Nields show and half had come from seeing The Kennedys (and Cone miraculously was at both shows!), but we all ended up in the same restaurant at the same time against all odds! It was much of fun. Thanks for organizing, Cone. The Nields show at the Barns was incredible: amazing sound, good banter, and a lot of favourites. I'm sure that The Kennedys show was also great. Someone enlighten us! Peace\Love/Music, ~Rebecca "Everybody wants a little sweetness...nothing wrong, nothing wrong, nothing wrong..." (I've been wondering for quite a while): Way back in the summer of 2000, Pete and Maura said that their new album, "Galaxy Express", would likely be released in February or March of 2001. I was particularly looking forward to it for "Too Much Lonely", recorded with my friend Kate Campbell. It was recorded for "Evolver", but didn't fit with that disc, so they were then going to put it on "Galaxy Express" instead. Obviously, "Galaxy Express" was never released. Was it a casualty of another record industry shake up? Was the whole record 'lost forever'? Or, will this year's new disc be a version of it? Anybody know? (Sheila? Pete? Maura? anybody?) My understanding is it's the same album, just a different title, but I don't have a track listing or anything, so I can't verify whether or not "Too Much Lonely" is on it. It's gonna be a GREAT Kennedys' year.....expect a surprise or two!!
