Thanks 2 every1 who just won't let me 4get I'm not a teenager any more... Dolt! On the flip side I'll say Happy B-Day 2 Amelia, Emma, Nerissa, & Patty. What a great time of year 2 have a holiday. I have always favored spring 4 a variety of reasons. I even love the rain. I must, I've camped out in it the past 2 weekends. There is no gift as valuable 2 me as the gift of your friendship & the benefits of being part of a community built on common interests... A Common Bond so 2 speak. The friendships & associations that we have forged here on the nook & JanglePoets will stay W/ us 4 the rest of our lives, enriching us & adding meaning in ways that R now incomprehensible 2 us... I may B going out on a limb here & so B it, but... Reliable sources have confirmed that, while not officially scheduled, THE KENNEDYS will have a VINTAGE HIPPY CLOTHES flea market set up @ FRFF 2001 & no doubt will join select friends on the stage & durring workshops. Since P&M R not getting paid 2 per4m it is important that we stop by & check out the vintage clothes. They've got some great stuff they've been collecting over the years & they just might have the Neru shirt you've been looking 4 since the 60's. If U're short on funds & have any vintage clothes 2 TRADE I'm sure bartering W/ clothes of equal or greater value will B given fair consideration... They've got 2 B vintage, though. Now's the time 2 dig out all those Aloha shirts your grandparents never wear. Dust 'em off & bring them on down 2 the Kennedys Vintage Hippy Clothes Flea Market. Leopard skin pill box hats, knee high mocassins, vinyl mini's... If it looks good on Tiny Tim or Twiggy, 'bring it all home' 2 FRFF! I survived Appelstock... but that's another story 4 another day. He enjoyed having some of his musical heroes play old songs and recount stories of "show business". Although he could no longer join in, he delighted in listening to the music that he so dearly loved and spent a lifetime creating. What more can you say about a man who touched so many. Rest in peace, John Hartford.
