And talking of advertising - no more Iggy... Because the policy was promoted by a well-known musician, which might lead some viewers to believe the policy covered those who worked in entertainment, when it did not, and because Iggy Pop did not have a policy with Swiftcover, we concluded the ad was misleading. http://www.asa.org.uk/asa/adjudications/Public/TF_ADJ_46171.htm - -----Original Message----- From: owner-idealcopy@smoe.org [mailto:owner-idealcopy@smoe.org] On Behalf Of irb154187@ntlworld.com Sent: 23 April 2009 20:48 To: idealcopy@smoe.org Subject: Re: [idealcopy] Shivering Man Keith I'd hazard a guess that this was on a Channel 4 programme called Alter Image that used to air on Thursdays at about 8.30pm. Probably from around the time the album was fresh - 87-88? The same series also included a feature on The Residents when they came over touring the Mole Show. By way of contrast C4 tonight in the same slot has 'Kirsty's Homemade Home'; no Bruce Gilbert in sight. Although I notice somebody in advertising land has finally ripped of the Resident 'eyeballs-for-heads' thing Cheers Ian - ---- keith a wrote: > Saw Ballet Rambert dance to Bruce's music, but MC had left by then. > > > > When was this broadcast and what on? > > > > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBgEjyn8ArM > > &feature=related ------------------------------ End of idealcopy-digest V11 #74 *******************************
